Acupain is a fast-acting, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) from the pyrrolo-pyrrole class, indicated for the short-term treatment of moderate to severe acute post-operative pain. It is available in tablet, injectable, and ophthalmic forms to meet various clinical needs.
Adults: 10 mg every 4–6 hours (max 40 mg/day)
Use Limit: Up to 7 days only. Not recommended for chronic pain.

Serious:
Pulmonary edema, infertility (female), pancreatitis
Cardiovascular effects: bradycardia, chest pain, hypertension

Anticoagulants: Enhanced bleeding risk
Beta-blockers & ACE inhibitors: May reduce effectiveness and increase renal risk
Methotrexate: Enhanced toxicity risk
Known allergy to Ketorolac or other NSAIDs
Children <16 years (injection/tablets)
Use before surgery as a prophylactic analgesic
Severe kidney impairment or active GI bleeding

Eye Drops: Discontinue if corneal epithelial damage occurs. Do not use while wearing contact lenses.
